best elbow/knee pads

Dainese 3x knee pads.

Most motorcycle pads are way too bulky, go with good downhill mountain biking pads.

I've heard nothing but good about the 3x and the fact that they never slip. I should know when I get mine tomorrow.

i wear knee pads for wrestling they are good for knee in tank and seat stuff and for banging you knee on the tank

I use PRYME knee shin combos, they're my BMX guards, and they're perfect. and don't slide. also i use EVS elbow/forearm guards. none better!
