best elbow/knee pads

well since i smoke my knee on the tank two days back to back im looking at getting the elbow/knee pad thang. which ones do you guys think are the best as far as protection of course but mainly flexibility.

i didnt have them but my buddy did and he had the 4x4 shin and the 2x4 elbow/forearm and he convinced me to get them but i decided to put my bike back to stock before i could buy them
