-2 front sprocket bad for tranny??

Hey guys i have a 08 600rr.... I have a stunt sprocket setup but was wanting one for the streets and i have a stock chain and rear sprocket i was gonna run plus i have a -2 front sprocket that i figured would keep me running in the lower range like the -1 +3 a lot of people run on the street.... Will a -2 front sprocket mess my tranny up??
