\r\n \r\n I dont see why it would. I\'ve never had one but know a lot of ppl that used to run -2. Only thing I can see is a little extra wear on the chain.\r\n

\r\n \r\n Due to the reduced size of the front sprocket pulling the larger rear sprocket around could cause more wear on the output shaft and possibly some internal components.... haven\'t heard of anyone running into any problems but also not many people out there running -2 front.sprockets. and as mentioned will cause extra wear on the chain.\r\n

\r\n \r\n I ran a -2 on my f4i for about 3 years. All I noticed was a faster chain wear, and to be honest it wasnt even that bad. It just cause the chain to wear down more due to the fact that its making a tighter turn up front. Shouldnt have a problem if that is what you decided to do.\r\n

Think about it like this. Your stock front is a 16 tooth, stock for a 636 is 15 tooth... people including myself run -1 on the 636 all the time, you going -2 is the same size sprocket. It will not harm your tranny trust me.\r\n

Thats crazy man thats really low for the street.. ill be commuting about 80 miles round trip so im gonna run a stock rear and the -2 for the highway rides... ill throw the 16/55 on for the weekend though. I plan on picking up a f4i for a strict stunter in the near future.\r\n
