\r\n \r\n 10 shots is way to excessive. Especially considering he shot five, guy fell down, sure he wasnt getting back up, WAITED a few seconds, then shot 5 more. And to cuff him after, its a little too much IMO.

\nDont necessarily think the kid deserved to die for what he did but definitely some long jail time.\r\n

actually if you look closely the guy isnt down after the first cop shoots him 5 times ....technically he was still a threat but you got to put yourself in the position of the cop, its a split second decision its your life or his i would have done the same ...maybe not 5 times but deff would have shot him in the same situation\r\n

\r\n \r\n After the first set of shots he wasn\'t down but had his back turned and was out of reach from any officers so it was unnecessary for him to keep shooting at that point unless he would have tried to approach them again\r\n

\r\n \r\n FTP FTP FTP...that cop should be fired there are not trained to shoot ten times....an old friend of mine has his concealed weapons permit and idk about other states but here in Cali you are trained with your weapon in a concealed class to shoot twice at the chest and one more if you are still being attacked as the same for an officer of the law.
\r\nThe dude obviously wanted to go to jail or die that day other wise he would have stopped when cops showed up,as for the officers in the video I hope they lay in bed with guilt for murdering that kid...sorry if any of you feel differently but as for me I do not think that those cops should have there jobs after that...and so I say FTP one more time\r\n
