i use o'neil shinguards / knee pads and a sixsixone mesh jacket upper body armor and back protector.

i have huge old skating knee pads i used wen i skated vert... big bulky and look funny... i dont recomend them

i know a guy that i ride with has some that are just shin guards, no knee protection and he loves em, but after gettin a bone bruise on my knee cap, i think i want knee protection too, i gotta get some that will fit me will be my problem, im only 5'9" and 270 lbs, therefore, i have bull cavs
