pitbull helpw - Crazy D - 08-13-2026

\r\n \r\n A while ago a friend of mine bred his two boxers . The male was super laid back and never really barked at all , the female was laid back too , but would bark all the time when people would come to the front door . Then she would chill out when they came in . But it was every time .
\n
\nMy friend would raise the babies in the living room . They had their own little sectioned corner of the room for them and their mother .
\n
\nThe puppies eventually grew up , but were barkers just like their mother . I believe alot of this is from them seeing their mom behave this way , and just doing it because that is what they think is natural to do .\r\n

I have a 1 year old female APBT. When she was young she was well socialized but was always scared of people even young. Now she wont stop barking and strangers who enter the house and wont open up to them. With everyone in my family she is completely fine and wants to lick your face off. How can I get her to be more people friendly?
