Ok, so I need to get rid of my 03 600rr. Rides great and is super fun, but I'm having pump issues, its the ignition or ecu (both of which i have, i just dont have the time to do it all) Needs some love, but short of the pump needing to be cured, the bikes ready to rock! <br />

I know in some of the lyrics he raps about a kawasaki Suzuki and goes in about cops can't catch me and in one part he goes on to say &quot;streetfighter ain't got no plastics on the bike&quot; I've done googled the hell out of this I can't find it I don't know the artist or any thing heard it a few years back and can't find it can anyone help?

Im helping my buddy build a 03-04 and we already know they have some overheating problems. <br />
This is what we have already:<br />
<br />
1) minty 03-04 radiator with 2nd r6 fan hooked up <br />
2) ceramic coated headers inside and out<br />
3) heat wrapped airbox<br />
4) water-wetter/water mix for fluid<br />
<br />
Do you 636 guru's think this should be sufficient? or would a 05-06 or zx10 radiator still be needed to keep the heat under control?

Has anyone tried just caping off where the lines come off the thermostate housing and do away with the lines going to the fast idle wax unit in the tb? Will this cause it to idle high all the time or idle normal all the time? I wouldn't mind if it just didn't idle fast when cold.

hey peeps, its winther time here, so its time to tear the bike apart and make stuff up. my frame craked this year, it was already braced. so instead of just keeping rewelding it over and over, and because i need something to do with my hands, i'll be making a full steel frame.... and a swing arm as it would be the only thing not tubular on the bike, i would be ugly. so now i've only finished the jig, been turning all the little &quot;inserts&quot; on the lathe and been turning the neck past monday. i'll be finishing all the turning by next saturday, as i can only work on this on the weekends. i should be geting my metal next weekend too. i plan on doing it with some 1.5&quot; DOM with 0.090&quot; wall on the top and some 1&quot;DOM with 0.065&quot;wall for the rest. all of this is subject to change anytime, as i'm not elbow deep in it yet. i plan on making it fit with the atown dual puck cage, witch is by the way a nice investement, rly clean piece. so thats it, i'll be getting pictures and write about it as much as i can, las time the thread that i did i did the thread only at the end of the project, only remebering parts of it and not being abble to use all the help i could get from the knowledge of u guy. hope you all enjoy this thing as much as i do.

I have a 2003 honda f4i that I bought that was in a accident and needed some work. Bike has 11,000 miles on it I have a fully set up bike but was building a full fairing street bike. It is fresh paint. Fully molded headlight into upper so no worries about breaking tabs. It has a sick innovations cage,round bar,sub cage and has all been powder coated green to match wheels and upper stay. F4i oem plastics with tail cut perfectly. This was gonna be used as a spare highway only bike so gearing is -2 plus 3 on rear . new chain and tires. Did not even finish the bike. I am missing clip on tubes and a left side rearset and windscreen . The bike can be seen in jacksonville fl. All new fork seals and gsxr radial for hand brake. Has clip ons that are adjustable and new tires with a few hundred miles on them at best. If you give me what I want or close to it. I will buy a new windscreen and a set of sick rear sets for it. ...Also has a new radiator like less than 2 miles new <br />
