Designing a lot

I know I know.... flat. I may be coming up on a BUNCH of land. A bunch of land + moving my bidness on to this land means I'm gonna need a lot. If I wanted to have some shows and contests How big of a lot? I was thinking a rectangle instead of a square. Any ideas?

Idea: Put the light poles on the outer edges of the parking lot and not in the center.

depending on what you want to do with it other than just a stunt spot, main thing you will need is a privacy fence for our dumbass MO laws!!
