Carburation Question + 2000 ZX6 Parts Wanted!!

I have an opportunity to buy a 2000 zx6r with 1200 original miles, clean title. All banged up but good enough to stunt. For a Grand!!! Fully polished and has chrome wheels. MY question is how much does it suck to stunt a carburated bike? Ive heard that it Will cut out on me when 12'd??? I know plenty of people use them so it cant be that bad. right?
