I am wondering how to change my ignition to a switch, instead of needing as key to start my bike. I have a F4i and would rather not need a key for anything. I ordered a vortex gas cap and want to get rid of the ignition key. I have heard that there is a resistor in the ignition that lowers the voltage to discourage theives. Anyone done this? If so can you explain how and what I am going to need?
