Just put this tire on and love it but after one session I noticed that the tire looked to be separating (see pic). Then I get to the spot yesterday and found that I was not the only one experiencing this issue. Including myself four others where experiencing the same issue. Not sure if its a faulty batch or if this is just a common issue that clears up once the tire is broken in.

Since this is the first rear tire I have bought in over ten years I am not to happy to see it falling apart.

I have a VM and E-Mail out to Dunlop, just waiting to hear back not!

Looks like it was strapped to something sharp or a faulty tire. If it wasn't strapped down to a sharp edge or had anything sharp on it I would say that is a bad tire because or should certainly not do that.

Four tires all the same issue! I'm leaning with faulty tire.

pretty sure my buddy had same thing happen to his.. if its not a 616 its another tire. i know he was running a 616 like 2 weeks ago but cant remember

Is it in just one area of each tire or a couple spots?

FYI, I'm working with a Dunlop rep now on this. I will keep you all posted on how this works out.

Keep in mind this is a good stunt tire and I would't waste my time if It was't.

Its a great tire you will love it! That's why I want Dunlop to get this thing right.

I know I've already worn 2 completely out sidewall to sidewall and have a third going on this week... We are riding at a drift thing this weekend so ill know by Friday if my tire does the same thing.. ill look at my dot# tonight.
