f4i kleen air mod questions PICS

i have a problem with my banana. i did kleen air mod like in sr thread with three-way adapter (picture 1). when i ride on 3000rpm, slowing down the bike by brake and pull off the brake then engine not growing rpms up and i must roll the throttle

my homie told me another way to air mod. join cables 1 and 2, but no. 3 take off under the bike. is this that mod on picture 2? mini filter under the bike. whats is that?

Hose #1 and #2 should be connected w/ a "T", to the crankcase vent tube that comes off the back of the engine.
