Remember when......

We all used to make the trek to stuntwars to throw it down.

Ill never forget the first time I made it to stuntwars and just got to smash with everyone. Sure the competition was cool but the session is what made it for me. In my eyes the sessions help drive the sport as much as the competitions do. Basically they go hand in hand. Not gonna lie it doesn't happen anymore as much as wish it did. For the majority of the XDLs if your not competiting your watching. There isn't really a huge form of being able to ride with the countries "pros" anymore.

I guess what Im getting at is Im trying to do what I can to bring it back. XDL Round 4 in my hometown of Albuquerque is going down at the end of the month. The event will be at our local track which is pretty good size. Plenty of room to go nuts on. There will be freeride all day thursday-Saturday. Aside from the freeride there will be all sorts of other shit going on. From the first ever "official" drift comp to legit wheelie races, the whole nine. Hook ups at the track for RVs and 5th wheels. You can sign up through the XDL site. NM is damn near right in the middle of the country so its the chance for CO, AZ, and TX riders to come out that normally don't make it out. I guess Id just like to throw it down with everyone so if you can make it out Id say do it. I have some ideas for possible videos and stuff too so this could be epic. If you have any questions hit me up.

I remember when the comp was secondary, there used to be 150 to 200 riders at a typical stuntwars, the good ole days..lol

Yes, I miss the old comp days too, the whole weekend or week was just a party. Just Fun.

Yup the good old days. Just trying to bring some of that action back. Finally in my hometown so now I have some resources to make it happen. Tons of kids riding here now. The last 3 weeks worth of sessions has been insane!
