Here is how to make a KILLER handbrake for the LTR450.
order the parking brake cable from a 2008 LTR450, it must be from a 2008 LTR450 from suzuki, this is the ONLY cable that works for the LTZ and LTR's for a handbrake, because it does not have the bullshit right angle at the end.
This is the suzuki part number: 58810-45G10
Then Order a MSR Pro Raptor.
Then take the oversized adjuster out of the MSR proraptor, and replace it with a standard one from another cheap lever,
you must do this or you will not have enough cable slack! the msr adjuster is too large and takes up too much slack in the cable.
Connect the parking brake cable to the MSR lever first, on the maximum leverage setting.
Then connect the cable to the parking brake arm.
Adjust at msr lever as needed for correct slack and play.
Your done!
I'll post of pics of mine soon...
