If you meant 4 pistons radial caliper, be noted that the distance between two bolt holes is 108mm for most nissin/tokico, 100mm for brembo, hence you know the difference

What bracket do you have? Dual quad is for 2 4piston nissin calipers (f4i/600rr/929/954/etc).
The radial kit that uses a big rotor has a brembo caliper on the footbrake.

The Dual Quad FTI brackets do not use a 2 or 4 piston Brembo caliper. If You in fact ave the Dual Quad Bracket, you need left & right Nissan Front Calipers from a 954, 929 or F4i.

Pretty sure the pads for them 2pot calipers are pretty pricy...I had to get em from a ducati dealer for my boy once and I think they were close to $100 for OEM pads....but don't quote me on that...

Brembo pads for the small 2 piston calipers are either $14 or $35 depending on which caliper you buy. Your friends mistake was buying them marked up from Ducati instead of from a Brembo dealer for much cheaper
