Had my wheels neon yellow but I have since taken a diff route....its the yellow vest...I am super small so I had the elastic bands himmd up on the sides ...I'm sure the thread could be pulled back out if needed the straps were folded then stitched not cut and sewn....its in really good shape just a few scuffs here and there....text for pics 228-424-6793 looking to get 100ish$
