Well I finally found me the bike I wanted for the last year or two, figured id post some progress of the project. I plan on taking the front end , wheels , clip ons , rear shock , swing arm, hand brake set up all off my 07 bike and swapping to the 03. Jer will do a tank dent for me cuz he's the best! I'm thinking about buyin a sick innovations sub cage, and round bar. The bike will be torn down this week and going to jered Mann for a stunterX stunt frame and his new stunterX crash cage. Powder coating the swing arm to match , then the tank tail and sides will get some paint. I'm not sure on the colors yet ! I have most the cash in the bank to pay for everything I need , might need a lil more. Hoping to have the new frame on and started by April!


I'll post updates when I can, I do all this with the iPhone so it's a pain

I guaranteed that round bar took a lot of stress off the sub frame, these crack right at the weld and with that round bar on it was mounted in front of it, so that's where the impact would be

I was just saying.... The one down fall of the 03/04 is finding good parts sometimes... Radiators is another thing...

My last bike was red too...
