So i have come to the conclusion my bike is a giant pile of doo doo and im going to rebuild it and make it right.
so far i have stripped everything down all plastics, controls, and all the basic jazz is off just waiting for home skillet to bring me some tire stand and a jack so we can drop the motor.
first thing on the list is my forks are going into simon at Shock Pro who is responsible for all the 905 trucks suspension. New valves, seals and tuning the whole works so super pumped!
I have not decided as to whether i should purchase the motodoc frame while i have it apart. im currently using a blank frame, and my clean vin frame that is registered has a nasty crack in it.
What would ur opinioins be?
i have a feeling most of you will say just do the 1/2 frame.
second step after i decide the frame situation the bike is going to powder.
Im going to keep my rasta theme alive but im going to do it different from the last 2 or 3 styles i have done.
i will only be sending the swingarm, frame and forks for powder everything else will be done by me with pc gun and oven i am aquiring this weekend.
I am going to stick to either streetfighter or 3/4 fairing. i really do not care for the 0506 636 full fairing (sorry loogie)
i will also be sending my seats off to jb here in the next few weeks as well.
Lists of other mods:
replace front brake pads
replace nissin caliper or redo seals. (have never done before)
riser clip ons or perhaps db bars havent decided
axle sliders, probably gonna go the skateboard wheel route
new tank fairings
guages since someone thieved mine at wcc this last year
new 905 subcage
and steel braided footbrake line
