\nThis happened in the beginning of this season when I was first learning to reach balance point. I thought I got far enough and panicked. Jumped off to run behind bike but that was a bad idea. Ended up completely dislocating my shoulder to where it was inside of my arm pit and had to go to ER to get the doc to fix it.

\nEither way, it was a great learning curve and I am glad to say I didn\'t quit!
