Stunters Map

I was just thinking,

It would be cool to have like a map (google or whatever) with those little pin thingies so you can see where stunters are located.

Personally, when I did the Road trip last time, I had no idea where people where located (only the ones you talk to on a regular base on FB or whatever)
Not everyone is active in the region/country section either.

Like this week we found out there are a lot of riders in Ireland we didnt know yet.
Of course it wouldnt have to show your location/place if you dont want.

Do you get my idea a little bit?

Edit: I could understand how people wouldnt want to be "visible" for everyone/everything. So for example you would have to have 50 posts in order to be able to see the map.

I will look into adding this functionality to DOwheelies.com. I think it should be possible with a little coding..


As far as privacy settings: I'm not sure how exactly this may work. Just use city centers instead of actual addresses? I'm damn sure not taggin my house..

that'd be awesome. we had something like this on a car forum i used to be on.

it showed city, name, car, horsepower, and whatever else you wanted to add.
