I agree it with based on its definition of hiring without regards to race, gender, religion etc. but I dont agree with when its applied in forms of quotas, which can lead to less qualified applicants being hired in order to fill.

I also believe that as a business owner, if you want to fill a position and you want to hire a female, then hire one, if you want a man, then hire one, if you want redneck then hire one, if you want a homosexual then hire one... whoever you think relates to your consumer is who should be able to hire

I also believe as a home owner that if you dont want to rent to 20 year olds, or foriegners, or blacks or white trash motherfuckers who gonna be working on cars and shooting shotguns, then you shouldnt have to.

technically you dont have to, but you can be sued for it

Agreed Thomas. When it comes to work you hire who's best, not whose ethnicity,race,etc fills your quota. I get furious when people pull the minority card when their qualifications are clearly less than who got the job. People pull it like a gun or an ace up their sleeve, but all it really means is "hi im a bitch ass and this is my last ditch effort to get what I want without working hard to get there."

There will come a time someday when its survival of the fittest (figuratively and literally). When that time comes the only ones left will be those who know what hard work is. The "entitlement" mindset peeps will disappear, and maybe this country can get back to how it used to be.

Some people never finish and then there is a non driveable k5 blazer in the street on jack stands for 3 months before a neighbor finally decides to tow it away him self haha
