i feel some of his pain i just finished going through combatives level 1 for the army and we went through a punch drill where we couldnt punch back. we had to instead block all punches and acieve what is called the clinch. it was fun but sucked and the same time.

it said KO but i didnt see the KO he was just punchin the guy and connecting but the ref pulled him off.
