Convertibars Return to Market Under New Ownership

Saint Paul, MN

Convertibars, makers of Convertibars adjustable handlebar and riser systems and Rhino adjustable
clip-ons, is pleased to announce its return to the motorcycle aftermarket. The company had suspended
operations after the death of Convertibars founder, Tim Tamscin in April of 2010.

Fellow Minnesotan, Steve Mager, with the blessing of Mr. Tamscins heirs, has purchased the assets of
Convertibars. Tim developed several great products and I intend to honor his creativity, hard work and
the strong desire of his family to see the Convertibars brand live on. I believe Convertibars are the finest
adjustable motorcycle handlebars available and I am excited to continue what Tim started, said Mager.

Since early 2011, the new owners have worked tp reestablish relationships with suppliers,
manufacturers, dealers and distributors to ensure that Convertibars are available to motorcycle
enthusiasts everywhere. They now have a full inventory and will be up to speed in time for the 2011
riding season.
