\r\n \r\n At most spots, I see most guys stretching out before riding. The best thing to do is stretch for anything. I remember when I 1st started slowing my wheelies down, I got a NASTY cramp on my calf and I laid the bike down. That shit hurt so bad.

\r\nI do kettlebell and MMA exercises. Kettlebells you only buy once and you can learn all kinds of good exercises online/youtube. I run a mile, do 30 minutes of kettlebells, and then a 7 minute sit-up routine. Also play bball about 2-3 times a week now. You only really need to do a 30-40 minute routine IF you do it right. I took a bunch of routines and made my own 10 minute set (10 routines in 10 mins. each set 50 secs with 10 sec rest).\r\n
