\r\n \r\n Whats the best way to clean the jets on the carb? Remove the jets out the carb completely or just pull the carb and spray carb cleaner through everything?\r\n

\r\n \r\n Take the carb off-' + '-' + '-it\'s 2 bolts
\nOn the bottom of it there is the bowl
\nTake those 4 bolts out
\nInside you\'ll see the 2 small gold jets
\nTake them out and spray them till you can see through them
\nSome times the gummy stuff gets real hard and using a Wire to poke also helps\r\n

\r\n \r\n I should probably do this too. In the two years I\'ve owned my fiddy I haven\'t changed the oil once. BUT it does leak a little around the kickstart, so I add a little oil every now and then. That should count.....\r\n

It\'s a honda, it doesn\'t even need oil.\r\n

\r\n \r\n It sat for a while and all the oil had leaked out. I didn\'t think to check/add more before I rode it out in front of my place. I could hear something was wrong, but had bypassed my key and the motor seized before I could stall the bike. Sprayed the motor to cool it off, added some oil, started it up, wheelied away.\r\n

Thanks. Ill get it done and see how it runs now. I dont think the carb has ever been cleaned properly. \r\n
