I think its good what happened to him. If it was an enlisted man that was of low rank, they woulda charged him with everything. Just because he has rank doesnt mean he should get away with it.

just got back from deployment 3 days ago... that's funny shit i read this in the navy times my entire deployment shits sad that XO sounds cool, stop being fags... you cant actually say you've not seen worse shit with guys fucking off playing gay chicken etc.. in the berthing or down in engineering. always some body tap sacking, tbaging, bat wingn, credit card swipn etc... not for gays by any means but i was rolling when i watched this shit. the don't threaten me with a good time gay chicken shit.... dont act like you've never seen the shit happen either.
