Whatya guys think of em..? i have a 2006 i bought last year with 33k on it. and i love it.

It went 12.97@104mph in the 1/4 mile bone stock.

Ive had it up to 160mph it wouldnt go no faster in a straight line..

Heard they are fast but carry the Jeep stigma of being a pile of shit.

yea the srt 8 jeeps are nasty... prolly one of the most fun cars iv drivin cause there total sleepers. and the srt 8s can handle alot couple peeps around here have them hooked up

What reputation do jeeps have? All I've ever heard are good things. I currently own one and my parents have had 3 in the past and one now. The only problems we ever had were with the differentials in the full time 4wd models. They've been great vehicles and I'd buy another in a heart beat.

in general jeeps get a bad rep from the transmission issues of the past , the 3.7 is a junk engine , the 02ish dodge 4.7 has alot of issues .... especially in the oiling dept. the 4.0 was an indestructible engine .... then the engineers hadda mess with it .... now the new ones crack cylinder heads .
