When I called, they gave me the run around. Told me it would take 3 weeks to get a code. That was a while ago though. I figured it out. One of the fones still needs to be unlocked but I finally switched to a Galaxy S3 and am happy. As far as I am concerned its the best smart phone out there. S4 might be the same or better but compared to Iphones, HTC and whatever else there is, this is the best. I couldnt stand most others. I still dont like going through the phone book on this thing. On my Nokia 3120 I could pull up a contact in about 4 seconds, this thing takes longer. whatever
