WR250X 12bar waiting list...

Hey wr290x would you be willing to make an extra rear bar for me while your making one for your bike or make a second after you get to test yours out and all is good with it?

i read that rieguy made some for other guys a while back but not sure if he is still doing that or would but hes probly had the most time on his rear bar so im sure he knows what will work good.

i dont really have the material or tools to do it myself so id have to send my bike to someone to do have it made. i'd deff be willing to throw ya a little cash for doin it tho if you wouldnt mind.

rieguy can you share any insight on makin the bar and a good location and all that

i ride dirt too much for a foothoop/12 bar...imma just cut a slit in my rear fender and weld a squarish footplate onto the sub only high enuf for my foot to set against...oh and no HB...period...im doing almost everything but foot drags and ss circles without one..

whats a footloop have anything to do with riding dirt man? ill be doing both with mine but i cant think of any reason why one would hold you back from the dirt riding, its not a whole subframe just a small add on loop. my 150r has a complete custom steel subframe and its a dirt only bike, i still ride it on MX tracks even altho it does need a stiffer spring in back now but thats a whole subframe that weighs like 30 lbs. lol

how do you do ralph louis, suicide circles, ss circles, street combos, NTH O's, etc etc etc you need a HB for pretty much everything except sitdown circles and normal street wheelies. as a street killer i guess you wouldnt need it really but doin double duty as a lot bike also its a must have id say.

a foothoop/12 bar is just more stuff hangin off your bike IMO that can/will fuck you up eventually hittin trails/track/jumps...its bad enuf with the stunt rear pegs hangin off,i just hit my knee earlier and ya i pretty much hate lot riding and get burned out hitting the lot one day a week on the 636 so streets/dirt is what i love so no need for a hb for now..

yeah i was gonna say the rear stunt pegs sticking out especially over your fmf pipe would be far more likely to bite ya than a round loop would lol. sux i gotta wait 2 more months to even be able to ride the one im pickin up.

I've also been thinking about getting a Wr250 for my daily. Supermotos are super fun and I heard something like 70 mpg?! I tried to talk my wife into getting a supermoto to learn how to ride on, She won't go for it!

u'll only get 70 if its stock geared and piped, uncorked 40-50 depending on how much is geared

word of advice stock suckss.....you feel that you made the wrong choice when its stock.....yea ill make a couple of bars jsut gotta get some time together just got the flu....fml
