I can ship it to you. I've built crates before and shipped a race bike to Florida VIA UPS Freight last year. The guy got it the exact way I shipped it. I don't know what he spent though, but there are plenty of services that will do it for an affordable price.

The above link is for UShip and basically you bid on shipping like eBay. Had a couple of guys use it off racing forums I'm on and said they had great results. Just an idea to ponder.
