i dont mind opinions at all but for someone who has 7000 posts and posted up two vids last night and didnt touch the tank once wellllllllllllll no one wants that opinion. and its tank lip for dummies cause im no master welder by any means but i wasnt gonna pay someone to do my stuff for me so this was the simple cheap easy way for me

ya know you could just ignore my opinion? lol maybe i jump differently but i just picture landing and the downward edges of that lip poking your legs right under your ass; it was a observation based off a pic (hence the 'looks like'; not 'it will'). you could have just said 'i dont think so' or 'it wont'; i mean its a lip, nothing to get defensive about

I like it easy concept looks clean. The 05 06 tanks suck!!!!!!! I'm now on my third tank my friend and I welded a lip on a tank last week and I hate it the 05 tanks are so f n narrow nothing feels comfortable, how does that lip feel n spreader???? I can't get a lip that I like, time to go back to 03 04 I guess.

i will worn you this is gonna be long and have very little grammar in it haha.
us 05-06 guys know that you have to dent this tank just perfectly if its to deep its to uncomfortable to do tank stuff and even when its just right you still fall out of it. i didnt want a saddle just a lil taller add on to the edge of my dent. before when i did spreader anything especial O's i was doing the danglers i could never get my legs straight for those good looking spreaders reason being how i had to sit in the tank to not fall out. i just finished riding on the new tank and for the first time ever i cold roll my hips and have some nice straight leg spreader O's. i have never felt more comfortable in the tank. my 50/50 O's felt alot better cause i wasnt relying on my foot gripping the stomp grip on my front fairing. it actually felt safe for once. i could still roll my hips to be able to pull in and out, actually felt better cause i wasnt falling out of my tank the whole time. and as for jumping to spreaderi loved it cause i didnt have to make sure i jumped in the exact spot to stay in the tank i could just jump in the general area and fall right into the little pocket. all in it worked great loved it to bad it was 20 degrees haha

Have u ever done 50/50 circles FULL FAIRING on an 05-06 tank cause it blows.
