I first used a hb on my 50. Then when I got comfy on the 600 I started clutching up seat standers and bringing them back and slowing down using the hb. Make sure your set up is comfy and safe. Make sure both levers don't intersect when they're both pulled in! Or you could be in for quite the ride lol I made that mistake once!

+1.... just ride and you will get more and more comfortable... I started out not covering my clutch just the HB with my middle finger but then as I got better at rolling idle slow I ended up mouse trapping over my bars a few time I learned clutch work too. Just ride and work on it. if it gets squirrelly just sit it down and try again. eventually it just clicks and will become second nature.

might seem a dumb question
but for some reason my left hand slips from the handle bar when in a wheelie and i can barely keep my pointing finger on the clutch and just can not, at least, hold the middle finger on the hand brakei guess its all about how you got used with holding your hands on the bars (eg: i always keep my right pointing finger on the brake, i tried to grab the bar without keeping my finger on the brake lever but im choppy as shit) i need to learn to use the fucking handbrake and move my shit forward! what cha think ?

the way i got used to it, i always rode with both fingers on the clutch and hand brake, even when not in a wheelie always used to brake with the finger not the foot... and it depends what type of wheelie your trying to do... different types of tricks need more grip to hold on... try ss those are the easiest on the hands...

are both your feet on the front pegs during this wheelie?

I used to have the same exact problem when i started playing with the hand brake, at first i tried just moving my pointer finger to the brake and not covering the clutch and my buddies said i was just asking for trouble. Basically for me it was just repatition try and try again. +1 on learning seat stander for the handbrake! After a while you'll get it and then it will just be normal. just tighten your grip before you rip it up and it will feel more comfortable with each try.

sounds like you need a better set up..and practice makes perfect...ride around using the clutch and handbrake to bring the bike to a stop.
