ok so i just turned 21, neverr had a tat yet..been into art my whole life but never pulled the trigger on ink. recently ive really been wanting to treat myself to a right arm half sleeve as my first. go big or go home right?
the main reason i never got one, is because i couldnt think of anything that was really WORTH it to me. im sick of seeing all of the same shit over and over from my friends so i want to go with something alittle different from the norm. since riding has been my addiction since i was 8, whether it was bmx, mx, quads, and now streetbikes for the past 5 years, i think itd be pretty tight to get a riding related sleeve.
i've only been stunting streetbikes for a few months, however its my absolute 100% favorite thing to do..think about it all day so im know for a fact its not something ill be sick of any time soon. i just want to hear some opinions from fellow stunters whether you think it sounds like a cool idea, or if its lame/corny. this idea evolved from a whole shit load of different ideas, just put this all together this morning
idea: right arm, have j20 from this site do a cartoon pic of me doing a street wheelie (most likely seat stander) at an angle similiar to this, maybe alittle more of a front-on angle :
behind the bike, the highway would lead to an NYC skyline backdrop and a colorful orange/yellow/pinkish sky that ends up around the shoulder area...so basically the bike doing a wheelie on the highway, with a dope looking nyc skyline behind. full color, very bright, as detailed as possible. example of skyline, wouldnt have to be exactly like this but just an idea:
i know it might be weird asking, but since im new to tats, i figured itd be cool to hear some opinions...i would obviously research local artists HEAVILY before anything touches my skin...i know enough about art to know who does good work or not. some of the shit i see on people makes me cringe. im willing to pay the $ if the quality is there
