Well my bike isnt street-legal for one. And trials is just stupid fun. You can ride just about anything. Ive spent time on it without it even running and its still fun. Even if I were to get rid of this bike, I'll still be on here. I'll still keep my finger on the pulse of stuntriding. I mean, i've been doing this shit since late 03 I think? And although a few of the good friends I've made have fallen off, there are still a lot that are still doing it and doing it well. I'm not an originator by any means but have been around for a while and I still feel that its a big part of who I am. But aside from stuntriding, I'm a motorcycle enthusiast. I like all bikes, new/old, street/dirt/flat-track.... whatever.... I love bikes.

My bike is fine as it is. I was planning a complete rebuild. But got a trials bike instead.

If you wanna sell it sell it man...You dont need other peoples input on something YOU want to do..do what you think is right...


but if your like me,and a good portion of other stunt riders it wont be long before your looking for something else and have to start from page 1..

I've seen these threads/thoughts from stunters 100's of times of getting burned out,not having spots or people to ride with,legal troubles etc etc...when it comes down to it,its your choice..Do what you think is right and what will be the best for you. now and in the future..

but since you are asking opinions from others..if it was me id hang onto my bike,take a break over the winter and see what the spring brings!

I think it comes down to if you really want to stunt ride to stunt ride. or if its only fun when your with a bunch of people riding together..


I have to ride alone 90% of the time. But i still enjoy this sport just for the way it makes me feel.

Trials is cool and if you can enjoy it with people then i say do that..

I have 0 spots and 0 people to ride with... my gixxer cost me more than what its worth this summer and broke or didnt run after I trailored 3 1/2 hrs to baltimore on several occasions... then I picked up a setup 636 and I rode it twice, took it all the way to st louis and it crapped out on me and doesnt run. Everyone around here races quads and dirtbikes and when I do ride its alone in my driveway, which sucks... I love stuntriding but its just getting annoying investing so much into something and never getting to enjoy it.

I would hold on to your bike though, if you dont need money because you will regret it the first time you have a chance to stunt and dont have a bike.

trials looks sooooooo fun, i've been wanting to get a gas gas myself for a while now...kinda burnt out on the stunt bike, and sick of going head first into the pavement lol
