Engine Problems...weird clacking noise... Videos inside...help

my brother and i have been building this 99 900rr for him and having some engine problems,.... heres what it does.

-starts fine, quiet as a mouse on idle, motor sounds great on idle

-when you start to rev it at all it makes a shittyass clacking noise from what sound like the head, also it wont rev past 1500 RPMS, it will just die out

-its not the cam chain

Heres the videos, if anybody thinks they might know whats happening Im grateful 4 all the imput, its been driving me mad tryint to figure it out, hopefully this biaaa isnt knocking

i do kno wthat its definatley in time, Im not sure what you mean by interference motors though??

yeah hopefully its not a spun bearing but if it is then at least I will knwo whats wrong with it and can go from there

doesnt sound good at all if it were mine i would do a compression check , it sounds like a bad valve ..

interference motors have no clearance between the valve and the top of the piston if the the valve timing is off the valve will hit the piston
