03 636 weak idle pull

my idle on my 03 636 is very weak...i need to crank it to about 5k to do no handers...if its at like 3500rpms bike will just fall if i let of the throttle...any ideas??

whens the last time you put a set of plugs in it ?

my bike has a 6k mile fresh motor and runs great off idle to the limiter but it takes 5200 rpms to roll NH sitdownsdoes it bog at all or not come back strong when you brake the motor way down??

well i just got the bike...gages say 17k but he said its all sprocket miles..the bike doesnt bog is runs really well but i need to crank the idle high as hell to do nohanders or something where i dont use the throttle....maybe im just used to the f4is cause thats all i had...f4i idle pulled me no prob..

sounds like you may need to sync your throttle bodies and maybe adjust your tps , a 636 shouldnt need that much idle to do a no hander

Unless you're in 3rd gear trying to do them at 40MPH, then you need about 6500-7000...... sketchy as hell, but just as fun....

where is your idle at for sitdown NHs or are you too old to do those??

i can do them straight for miles or i can do them in circles young one

seriously though the 636 pulls harder on idle then any 600 i ever rode , for first gear sit down no handers any where from 2500 and up should be fine and like MVSBrendon said higher for higher gears makes the fast ones easier

hey buddy would you be able to give e more info on the sync and the tps...?? a link maybe cause i have no idea what your talking about???
