I have an 03 636, and anytime i hit the brake, or really anytime the engine has load on it, from taking off from a stop to hitting the brake while on idle, the rpms drop dramatically, and it wont come back until i bump the throttle. I changed the throttle bodies thinking it would change it. It improved it a little bit over the last set, but it is getting worse. It also seems like when the engine is warmer it does it more frequently. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

And im a girl so of course he thinks it just me..
Does your bike have the Kleen air mod done to it? Not that i know if that effects our situation at all, but jw...

i have seen two people with this problem and neither figured out what it was , i was gonna say tps but since you changed the throttle bodies i assume you changed that with it and my next guess would have been to get the throttle bodies sync'd but thats probably not it either since you tried two sets ...
i would suggest that maybe the valves are adjusted wrong but thats alot of work to do if im wrong ..
and for you honda guys you know a kawi pulls like a train when it's running right , no f4i has ever pulled as hard on idle as a 636

sucks to hear about your Kawi , thats the one significant advantage a 636 has over a f4i.

yeah, its doing almost the same exact thing my f4i did last year. and on the f4i it was the sensor on top of the airbox shorting out. and similar to what it did before the fuel pressure regulator went. and the bike does have the kleen air mod. the fuel pump has been changed. im thinking it might be a random sensor. but its driving me crazy.
