\r\n \r\n They are, this is still "up & coming". Our market didnt take shit for a hit compared to most other markets. Heres the info. not the best neighborhood but kind of on the cusp of shittyness up by MLK blvd(6 streets north) and johnon & whales university(6 streets south). I LOVE where im at now(16 streets west/13 south) but you cant get into a decent 2bd/1 bath for under 200k. Im looking to go 130 max.\r\n

\nthat sounds like Denver. I considered moving out that way, got family out there. I\'d be priced out of my 4bd-2 1/2 bath in Denver\'s market.\r\n

\r\n \r\n if you go to a suburb (aurora, lakewood, thorton, a few more) its not nearly as bad. I just really love the area Im in + its close to most the spots out here... not that that matters \r\n

Well not quite yet but I really like this house(looking to buy my first) and theres a HUGE paved mini lot that is even fenced in !
