hey whats up man. Take everything out. Frame race bearings...swing arm needle bearings, wheel bearings, and pretty much everything you can. Kinda a pain in the ass but you dont want any parts there or they will be destroyed and you'll have to relace them anyway. As far as plugging off holes....the shop I am affiliated with is one of the largest in california and they plug the holes for me. Some might get missed or get a little powdercoat in the threads...not that big a deal but have your tap & die set ready just in case you have to clean out some threads. As far as the stripping process its a little tricky. Strippng Paint is not an issue...it can be stripped or blasted without affecting material. Removing powdercoat is a l;ittle tricky. Unless your shop has a bake off oven some things will be stripped with a stripping agent/chemical and other parts that are hollow tubing without any holes might need to have a small hole drilled in them. This depends. If its a re powdercoating...when they dip a hollow tubing that is welded sealed sometimes they get a pinhole in the weld and the tube will fill with the stripping agent and cannot be drained unless a hole is drilled....If you dont want this done and they are removing powdercoat to redo....and the parts is a sealed tube....they can have it baked off.....

all depends on wat your powdercoating...whether they are stripping paint or powdercoat.....and whether the item being stripped down for powdercoating is a sealed tube or not.....

im just trying to get info on the ins and outs of getting it done right i guess,so i know what to ask and so forth when i drop it off so it gets done right...i dont necassarily need to prep it myself,they may know what needs to be done and do it for me included in what im paying im sure but i did also read on here alot of people do some/all of the prep just so its right....thanks for all the input guys
