50 Without title, it might be stolen???

there is a 50 im thinking to buy,
the owner says he crashed and changed the frame due to damaged subframe.(does that even make sense?)
cuz i thought subframe is a separate piece that the frame.

he was asking 500 and i low balled him $300 and he replied by saying i can pick it up for $325.
he does not have pink slip or title.

is the bike stolen?
is it a good deal?
im just going to use it for stunting.
in parking lots and all.
tell me what to do please..

My 50 does not have a tittle... i paid 700 for mine ... I would get it for 325 for sure

check to see if it has a vin, and have the cops run it if its that big of a deal.. if not.. buy it for parts and get you a legit frame.

the 50s frames are all one piece. the subframe is part of the main frame.

some aftermarket frames that you can buy for the 50s dont even have vin numbers..
like the bbr or the perimeter frames...

If you're worried, just ask the guy to sign a bill of sale...
