Update on SIC G

For those of you who havent heard yet, G was sentenced to 3 years in prison this past Tuesday. He will be doin 50% and has 127 days credit right now. If he gets into a program or a certain job, he could do as low as 25% and do anywhere from 9 - 16 more months. But with the way things have been goin, we dont have our hopes up and dont plan to see him get out for 16 months.

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! its more like, see what happens when you get 12 dumbass idiots as jury members. i didnt know you could find someone guility with the following evidence for supposedly evading arrest...... 1. Cop changes his story 6 times ON THE STAND 2. Claims he went 4 1/2 miles in 1min 15 secs.... do the math, thats 240mph! 3. in a 60 degree room and has sweat drippin down his face... why so nervous? 4. says he never turned on his siren, 1 of 5 mandatory factors to be considered someone is evading a police officer 5. said he was no closer than 1/4 - 1/2 mile behind him durin the whole so called chase 6. said G never once looked back and didnt even know if he knew there was a cop behind him at ALL THAT DAY 7. a dispatch tape that happened not to have a transcript 8. a dispatch tape thats callin in a accident NOT A CHASE fact is, the system sucks and they had it out for G. they know he has a VERY strong impact on stuntriding in So Cal and have been tryin to get him on something for the past 4 years.

sounds like they were wantin to make an example out of him! They did that to a couple buddies of mine last year......complete bullshit, but the judge and prosecuter can twist anything if they so desire! |
