That looks like a lot of nonsense. Just run 1 line to each and you will have a good setup. R1 master to an f4i 4 piston is a proven setup.

Haven't replied in a while I have put back to normal and works good I since replaced my rotor and new HH pads seams good

I am trying to find a handbrake setup for a 2014zx10r somehow... is it possible to set up the handbrake into the stock caliper or do you have to
get a bracket and 2 caliper setup?

Yes you can get an adaptor setup and tap a hand break into your stock rear master. They don't work that great tho unless you bleed it perfectly so you don't have to pump up the brakes also need a good master (16 mm-13mm)
