Linking calipers??

What's up got a question I have a hohey street fighters bracket and have the foot brake linked to the 4 piston and with my r6 master it's kinda soft because of the footbrake being added to the mix now would a 1000rr be to stiff? Or would it work good for this? I think it's a 18mm bore?

Which is soft, the footbrake or the r6 master?

It's linked but the handbrake works the 4piston and the foot and the foot works just the stock foot caliper and is fine and he r6 master is just a little on the soft side to me has a bit of travel. Just looking for something with less lever travel but still not rock hard and still strong. I was thinking the 1000rr master since it's a 18 mm I think.

Just to be a bitch, the 1000rr master is like 17,46mm
It's going to be a bit stiffer than the r6 master your running now. I thought the 1000rr master felt to stiff for my preference on a single four piston, but it felt better with linked calipers

Ok might try that with a 4piston and stock foot brake caliper linked. My r6 master is good but just has a lot of travel for me and being I like my levers in closer to the bar( easier for me to reach)

Btw how was the power of the 1000rr master compared to the r6 different or same power. Or is it Just different feel?

If you have a dual cal bracket just split the lines already. R1 master will be fine on the 4 piston, and footbrake will be good on stock

I got them linked together and went out besides the little soft lever it's got crazy power I love it not changing a damn thing lol. It's got both linked and foot only works the foot caliper here's pics got to say this is on a shitty rotor and shit pads. Kinda don't need the other rotor and new ebc pads yet lol Gona rock it like this for now.
