Looking to get some history of the stunt scene, where it really kicked off, some of the main guys who helped make it what it is today, when it split between lot and streets, old school DVD's, videos, information of any sort. Feel like i need to gain some insight to properly respect what im stepping into, if that makes any sense.

Do you have a vcr that works? The og'est vids arent on dvd. Look for early FTP vids from the Starboyz for good street action from 10-15 years ago.
If you want to go even farther back, look up Doug Domokos on youtube. He was pretty much the godfather of stunting as its done today.

great advice. also check out darius kashabi servin it up vids and pure bred riders, diggity was a character.
also, mtv had a reality show about stunt bikers when reality shows were just starting to take off. it made the stunt community look terrible though imo. kyle woods and tony d butted heads pretty regular. lol

what really made it happen was the starboyz....lets keep it real. and of course PBR EAST COAST STUNTERS/DARKSYDE Darius and Joe brown Ryan Cramer D Aces Underground Riders Ruff Ryders/ Wink 1100 Legion Core 6 Wheelie boyz 12 oclock boys Las Vegas xtreme the list goes on and on of course this was pre hand brake grimyness before the pretty boy glamour shit took over...the game will never be the same without the craziness at stuntwars nonsayin? peace |
