I used a factory racing idle cable off a daytona! I'm sure others will work but I am not sure if the threads are the same pitch, here is a link for the one I bought

awesome, i wanna try one out bad, wish you were closer id let ya rock my 13 wr450f so i could try out one of these bikes. had my eye on them for years but dont know anyone with one. This is making me wanna update my build thread tho, i'll have to add some pix today as im almost finished with mine too.

You putting the headlight back on or running without it, i think itd finish the look with it on there but maybe its cuz the bike doesnt look like a normal lot beater.

I don't ride the streets at all anymore so the lights are staying off, but I am thinking about putting some type of number plate or something just to blend everything together a little more. But it is only a lot bike so I'm not too worried what it looks like.

I can't wait to see what that seat looks like on your 450, it sure is comimg together nicely!

Finally got to spend a day riding a few weeks back and decided to change a couple small things, I dropped another tooth on the front sprocket to a 13 and added a power commanded V with a tune, I had been told it helps the idle recovery, and it did help but not alot!

After adding the changes I got to spend another day on it, and am begining to really like it, after breaking in the brand new tires lol, the only other thing I plan on changing is springs in the front, even with the stock ones cranked up, it still feels a little soft for my liking! Also mabe a different set of bars, but the stock one's are'nt bad!
