There is no best. All about what you want to run. Multiple calipers to just a junction valve and the stock single piston. What's your riding level? Lets start there.

Just getting start but I'm going to build the bike over the winter just want to get all the parts on and ready for when it get warmer

If you can get a hold of the full throttle Inc. Dual quad. That was always a good set up that I liked when I was starting out.

Won't be as forgiving. On someone learning footbrake as say the hohey dual caliper. Set up. However it should let you grow into it. I'm not too familiar with what some newer companies offer for that bike. Maybe you could find something like the ndc bracket for the 636 that allows you to upgrade later to the bigg rotor.
