Honda F4 Caliper vs Kawa 636

Have been searching around everywhere but haven�t found a good answer.

Is there a big difference between the original kawi rear caliper and the Hondas nissin?

There was a recent mention of this in a build thread. Someone knowledgable mentioned the Honda piston was like 32mm vs Kaw at 29mm or something.

No they are both 38mm

okey so they�re both 38mm, is it that they maybe work different?
