no info on that site about motorcycles but I called up the property clerk and they said all property goes to auction and is available back to the original owner through auction.
I have just heard for years that all bikes and quads in the NYC impound lot never make it to auction so I ran with that since I heard it from like ten dif people. I was under the impression cars and motorcycles were delt with differently.

Started on the streetz, got in the lot and staying there. no desire for the streetz anymore. Killing the streets is fun but damn is careless and wreckless expensive. plus gives the lot riders bad reps when the cops do come rolling up to the lot especially if they recognize you from the night before!

ive been tellin people this also. you CAN NOT legally transfer or stamp or how ever you wanna look at it your OEM vin number on a steel frame !!! if the cop has half a brain they will know its not a kawi frame and notice your half backwards not lined up amateur looking vin number.

Streets are fun, no denying that. I started in the streets, did my share of dipping out when necessary but it's just not worth it to me in the end. I like going to big lot sessions, chilling with the homies and not having to worry about being cited or having a squid run up a pow pow into the back of me like on street rides. If streets are your thing, enjoy and best of luck to you. They're just not for me any more, I have more fun at sessions now.

I prefer lots. Less variables to worry about. More family oriented. Plus, cheering section.
