hey peeps, its winther time here, so its time to tear the bike apart and make stuff up. my frame craked this year, it was already braced. so instead of just keeping rewelding it over and over, and because i need something to do with my hands, i'll be making a full steel frame.... and a swing arm as it would be the only thing not tubular on the bike, i would be ugly. so now i've only finished the jig, been turning all the little "inserts" on the lathe and been turning the neck past monday. i'll be finishing all the turning by next saturday, as i can only work on this on the weekends. i should be geting my metal next weekend too. i plan on doing it with some 1.5" DOM with 0.090" wall on the top and some 1"DOM with 0.065"wall for the rest. all of this is subject to change anytime, as i'm not elbow deep in it yet. i plan on making it fit with the atown dual puck cage, witch is by the way a nice investement, rly clean piece. so thats it, i'll be getting pictures and write about it as much as i can, las time the thread that i did i did the thread only at the end of the project, only remebering parts of it and not being abble to use all the help i could get from the knowledge of u guy. hope you all enjoy this thing as much as i do.

i stated doing the real frame work, damn that is a fun thing to do!
so here is the progress i made this weekend plus a couple other things

here you can see both of the sprokets 15/70 and the chain, thanks to moto heaven.

i was 13/60 , 15/70 is something like 5 more in the back, i guess it's going to fit my style a bit better. wanted to slow things down a bit to be a little more technical, not sure if i explained it good...
